Similar to other affordable markets that have been reviewed, Hopewell has so far avoided a housing correction. Q3-4 of 2022 were the worst consecutive quarters since Q4-1 of 2017-2018, however, when taken in context of the last 3-4 years, we see that this market is returning to normal.
Key areas to watch as we move into 2023 will be days on market - if we see any sudden movements in this area it will likely indicate a change in market (as of Q4 we saw the 3rd highest DOM of the past 12 quarters).
